Schedule your appointment
After the order has been placed you have the opportunity to work with our scheduling team or the photography directly to get an appointment time/date that works best for you.

Download your products
After your appointment you can expect to receive photography/floor plans by the end of the next business day. You will receive an email directing you to the download page.

Proofing
Have changes to your virtual tour or floor plan? Simple reach out to the office by email/phone to have any changes made. Have additional products like print materials? You will be contacted by a graphic designer who you'll work with directly on customizing your products.
